Personal Drive Backup

This is a personal backup workflow that uses rclone to access Google Drive and restic to store encrypted backups.

What this OAuth client does

The OAuth client lets the owner authorize rclone to access Google Drive for backup and restoration. It is not a public backup service and does not provide account sign-up or a hosted application.

How data is handled

Backup contents are encrypted by restic before transfer. rclone uses the owner's Google authorization to upload and retrieve backup data. The OAuth client and backup automation run on the owner's own device.
